What is Love?
For me, Love is a verb. It's an action word. For any action their is an equal and opposite reaction. Well for Love, I don't know what to expect. When I do something loving for someone I don't know how they will react.
Love can make me feel many different ethereal feelings. It can make me happy, joyous , carefree, wonderful, astounding, amazing, ecstatic, mildly excited, well, One might get the picture. Love can also make me feel mellow, calm, splendid, serene, or slightly relaxed. Love can also make me feel hatred, rejection, madness, anger, psychotic, inflamed, enraged or generally pissed off.
So One can see if One Loves someone, One can feel any of the above and if someone Loves me I can feel any of the above as well.
For me, I find it very difficult to control my feelings. I feel for the most part I'm slightly powerless over them. So, if I want to Love somebody, it looks like I have to become vulnerable, vulnerable enough to invite these myriad of feelings and emotions to overtake me at will, at any time. What fun!?
Many emotions are connected with Love. Love is a great teacher, both to the person giving it as well as to the person receiving it. In this writing, I analyzed Love, but this will not convince One as much as actually experimenting it for One's self. We all have love, loved and lost. I think its important that we keep trying. Keep being vulnerable. This is what makes me lovable and being lovable is good enough for me, right now, for the time being.
So, what is Love exactly?
I guess, it's up to each of us to figure this one out...
